PATERNITY
For those unmarried parties who have minor children, a paternity action may be used to facilitate the resolution of issues regarding time sharing and support. Paternity matters include paternity testing, time sharing, child support and potential relocation and/or removal. It is important to establish each party’s parenting rights and equally important to know your rights, as well as determine the financial obligations of each party. Financial obligations for a minor child are not limited to just a monthly check, but usually include such other considerations as health insurance, medical expenses, life insurance, day care expenses and other child related costs. Flaherty Law Firm strives to provide personal and effective information and makes sure his client’s are informed of their rights and responsibilities.
